Discover the 3rd Datacare Datathon with ESEO

Over the weekend of 8 to 10 April, ESEO and its partners are organising the 3rd Datathon DATACARE.

Over the course of the weekend, participants will face 6 challenges on the theme of health:

 

  • Challenge #1 GeneticVOUS AI: develop a tool for classifying genomic variations of unknown or YOU significance.
  • Challenge #2 MRI CardioVascular AI: automatic determination of slice planes in cardiac MRI.
  • Challenge #3 Robotonomics: to develop an innovative solution for EHPAD, a system capable of performing semantic similarity analysis on texts and photographs.
  • Challenge #4 AngIA-TEP: to develop a digital solution for the creation of a virtual vascular contrast of CT images for registration in whole-body PET-CT examinations.
  • Challenge #5 Clinical ScreenAI: Automatic indexing of clinical trials registered on clinical trial to feed an automated pre-screening application.
  • Challenge #6 PTH Predict IA: to develop a predictive algorithm for hip replacement surgery.

 

Over the weekend of 8 to 10 April 2022, multidisciplinary teams made up of challenge holders, teams of digital developers and volunteer healthcare professionals will work together to produce, in the space of 2.5 days, an innovative andrelevantconcept and/or prototype based on digital technologies and artificial intelligence to respond to each of the 6 challenges proposed.

 

The Datathon will take place face-to-face on the ESEO-ESTP campus.
