The AGE (Automatique & Génie Électrique) research team is pursuing its development and research activities in collaboration with IREENA EA 4642 on Smart Power themes, in particular multisource electrical microgrids integrating clean and renewable energy sources, and the electrification of transport.
The team welcomes :
– Sarah Kassir, PhD student, whose thesis is “Advanced control for stability and robustness of electrical microgrids”, funded by RFI-WISE CAMI Project, in cotutelle with the Lebanese University. She has been at ESEO since October 2020 for 2 years.
– Mohamed Mroueh, postdoctoral fellow, whose research focuses on “Fault detection in a DC electrical microgrid”, RFI-WISE Project DETECT funding. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the Université de Technologie de Troyes and will join ESEO in April 2021.
– Bakou Traoré, a doctoral student, will submit his thesis on “Optimal management of energy flows in a multisource system: application to the electric vehicle” on 29 April 2021.
– Youssef Matal, a trainee in the Master’s programme in Electrical Energy at the University of Nantes. He is working on “Energy management in an electric vehicle” and has been at ESEO for 5 months since March 2021.
