ESEO engagement: Connected Women
ESEO is strongly committed to promoting gender equality in the tech industry through the organisation of this exceptional event, which will take place on 23 and 24 November at the Angers Convention Centre.
On the programme:
- November 23 will be a day dedicated to secondary school girls, with testimonials from female engineers, a business village and “Girls” associations, as well as tech workshops.
- November 24 will be dedicated to a professional audience, with round-table discussions to draw inspiration from successful initiatives and work together to achieve greater gender diversity within our companies: Stereotypes and training; Recruitment, attractiveness and CSR; Public initiatives and the importance of local ecosystems, etc.
The Connected Women Forum was supported by theFrenchPrime Minister, Elisabeth Borne, Clara Chappaz, Director of French Tech, as well as numerous media (BFM Business, Maddyness, etc.) and associations (EllesBougent, Femmes Ingenieures, Class’Code, etc.).
A number of major companies are partnering the event, including Thales, OnePoint, Naval Group, SNCF, ST and Spie.
