The Eseo and #ESEOalumni jury has unveiled the 4 2021 winners of the ESEO Engineer Prize! The jury is made up of 10 people, including Frédéric Huglo, Director of ESEO, Hubert Cospain, President of the School, students and teachers.
This award recognises the skills and career paths of ESEO engineers. These alumni, who come from all graduating classes, all have their own technical and human background, and work to promote the engineering professions and ESEO.
The winners of the 2021 Trophy:
- Manager’s Award : Jean-Pascal Tricoire, CEO – Schneider Electric.
A 1985 graduate of ESEO, Jean-Pascal is CEO of Schneider Electric, an international French group and a leader in electrical products. A recognised international manager, he is being honoured by the ESEO community! - Technical award: Jacques-Olivier Piednoir, VP – Cadence Design Systems.
Jacques-Olivier graduated in 1980 and is Vice President of Cadence Design Systems, an electronics designer that supplies the world’s most innovative companies. - Innovation Award: Matthieu Guesné, President – Lhyfe
Matthieu graduated from ESEO in 2005 and founded Lhyfe, an innovative start-up that produces green hydrogen. - Young graduate prize : Charles Sommer, Embedded Systems engineer – Caltech
A recent graduate, Charles is an embedded systems engineer at Caltech in Pasadena, California.
