Objective
The Cloud, Systems and Security engineering option supports the transformation of corporate information systems towards Cloud Computing. This change involves circulating data, storing it and providing the resources needed to process it.
The IT infrastructure is dematerialised and must offer services on demand: at Infrastructure (IaaS), Platform (PaaS) or Application (SaaS) level.
The aim is to respond perfectly and quickly to the need for adaptability of modern applications. Protecting this information system against the explosion of new threats (cyber-attacks) is a crucial component of this option.
Skills
The engineer is capable of designing, building and integrating a reliable and secure information system. They have a complete understanding of the information system, supplemented by issues relating to the security of services and virtual infrastructures. Definition of the challenges, benefits and identification of the impact on design and operational management.
