This training course, in partnership with EasyLean, is designed for current professionals and combines theory and practice, enabling them to initiate an improvement project within their company from the very first day, using a participative method (Factory School). By the end of the course, you will have powerful tools at your disposal, enabling you to develop operational excellence within your organisation, and bring it to life on a daily basis.

Lean training
Green Belt Lean 5.0 training aims to develop technical skills (mastery of Lean tools) as well as understanding and adopting behaviours that promote change and create support for projects.
The programme enables the implementation of tools with a global vision, in order to stabilise and optimise processes by integrating the concepts of Industry of the Future 5.0.
This course is run by experts in Lean Management, and gives participants the opportunity to experience what they have learned in a realistic working environment, using a practical and fun approach.
Practice in the Factory School
Access a learning platform for operational excellence with 3 dedicated areas: (individual workstations, completed Lean, 5.0), deployed within a recognised school, whose business for 70 years has been transmission and training.
Using a participative method (Factory School), the training consists of 40% theory and 60% practice on the Excellence 5.0 platform.
Training in ten days
Benefit from a training programme designed for the professional world and adapted to your schedule.
Five sessions spread over ten days await you, in a group of 8 to 12 people maximum, for the entire course. A format that encourages exchanges between professionals and the sharing of experience.
Being coached by experts
Be trained by professionals: our experts will pass on to you their knowledge and experience, both customer-focused (striving for satisfaction) and employee-focused (listening and dialogue to reduce irritants together).
Throughout the programme, your trainers will remain on hand to support you as your company undergoes transformation.

Programme
The programme is made up of modules based on the fundamentals of Lean and developed by Lean experts and coaches. The original pedagogy of the training is based on a series of Serious Games, complemented by the theoretical contributions of Lean.

Assessment procedures
At the end of each day, a multiple-choice test is used to validate theoretical knowledge.
