Becoming an engineer means contributing to the progress of society
Located on the ESEO premises, the Classes Préparatoires Scientifiques have been ESEO's path of excellence for over 40 years. Students follow the official CPGE MPSI or PCSI, then PSI programmes, while benefiting from the facilities of the Angers Campus, student life and numerous clubs.

Programme
ESEO, in association with the Lycée Mongazon, offers its students in science preparatory classes the opportunity to enter the engineering cycle without taking a competitive entrance exam. However, students who so wish can take the competitive entrance exams for the Grandes Écoles: they can choose between the two routes!
Students are monitored on a personalised basis, with continuous assessment of their level (written and oral exams) to ensure their success.

Testimonials
To enter the ESEO engineering cycle, I went through the Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles associated with the Lycée Angevin Mongazon: MPSI in the 1st year and PSI in the 2nd. Thanks to these classes, I acquired the rigorous work ethic and learning methods I needed to succeed in my engineering studies.
