In September, our Angers Campus had the pleasure of welcoming the first intake of ESEO Pro’s brand new professional training course in Lean Management, “Green Belt 5.0”.
Green Belt Lean 5.0 at ESEO: training that meets companies’ needs
To meet the new performance needs of industrial companies, ESEO Pro, the Training Centre, is now offering ” Green Belt Lean 5.0 “, a professional training course on our Anjou campus, in collaboration with EasyLean , a company with expertise in Lean Management and innovative learning methods. A globally recognised approach, Lean Management aims to achieve operational excellence by optimising company resources and improving activities.
The first class is off to a flying start!
On 26 and 27 September, the training programme opened on the Excellence 5.0 Platform with the first participants. The two-day session focused on the basic principles of Lean, process diagnosis and workstation improvement.
The first group, made up of managers and technicians, were able to try out the combination of learning methods offered by ESEO: classroom training in theoretical concepts and role-playing games (Serious Games), a methodology that combines theory and practice and enables an improvement project to be initiated within the company from the very first days, thanks to the participative method (Factory School).
EasyLean’s expert trainers will be back with participants in October for another two days of learning about Lean Management tools and the behaviours that support change. At the end of the course, participants will have powerful tools at their disposal, enabling them to develop operational excellence within their organisation, and bring it to life on a daily basis.
