Privacy and security are in ESEO’s DNA and we ensure that our technical and organisational measures in place respect your data protection rights. This Privacy Policy describes our rules regarding the management, processing and storage of personal data submitted as part of our services, in accordance with the guidelines of the GDPR. The term ” personal data ” refers to information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Consent
By registering for our training courses or by filling in the various contact forms on one of our sites(www.www.eseo.fr and admission.www.eseo.fr ) you agree and accept that ESEO may collect, process, store and/or use the personal data submitted in accordance with the rules set out below.
By giving us your consent, you also retain the right to rectify, the right to be forgotten and/or the right to have your personal data deleted.
Personal data collected
Identity and contact details of the data controller
Personal data is collected on our site by AETS ESEO, an association under the law of 1901 recognised as being of public utility, registered with the RCS of Angers under number 786 116 715 and whose registered office is at 10 Boulevard Jean Jeanneteau 49107 Angers Cedex 2.
CNIL declaration
The automatic processing of information has been declared to the CNIL under numbers 1135217 & 1135220 (PROSPECTS ONLY)
You retain the right to lodge a complaint with this supervisory authority regarding a breach of data protection.
Data collected on the site
When you use one of our websites, we collect and process personal data about you, such as your first name when you create an account.
We will also ask you to provide us with your email address so that we can use this information to create an account and send you information and notification emails.
When you use our services, the following data is collected and processed: connection data and browsing data. Some data is collected automatically as a result of your actions on the site (see the paragraph on cookies below).

You can also change your personal details yourself at any time by logging into your account and accessing the desired application.

As a general rule, ESEO uses cookies and tracking in order to improve and personalise the site and/or measure its audience. ESEO will only store your data for as long as is necessary for the provision of the service. You will be able to access your personal data as long as your account remains active. After a period of inactivity, ESEO reserves the right to delete your account. Your data will then be deleted.
Data storage and transfer
The hosting servers on which ESEO processes and stores the databases are located :
- on ESEO’s own servers on the one hand
- oVH servers.
ESEO undertakes to store its data in France and not to transfer it outside the European Union.
ESEO undertakes to inform you immediately, insofar as we are legally authorised to do so, in the event of a request from an administrative or judicial authority relating to your data.
Security
As part of its services, ESEO attaches the utmost importance to the security and integrity of the personal data of its learners and prospects.

You should bear in mind that any user, customer or hacker who discovers a security vulnerability and exploits it may be subject to criminal sanctions and that ESEO will take all measures, including filing a complaint and/or taking legal action, to protect the data and rights of its users and itself and to limit the impact as far as possible.
