Inaugurated in 2022, the ESEO Dijon campus was born from the impulse of companies in the region struggling to recruit qualified engineers for their sector of activity. To meet their expectations, ESEO, the Grande École d’Engineers, has opened its Cycle Engineer apprenticeship course in Dijon, in collaboration with the CFA Sup Bourgogne. An opportunity to boost the careers of students while meeting the needs of professionals.
Apprenticeship at ESEO Dijon, a boost for students and businesses
In Burgundy-Franche-Comté, the recruitment needs of companies continue to increase. In this dynamic, the ESEO Dijon Engineering Cycle has opened up to apprenticeship, in collaboration with the CFA Sup Bourgogne, in order to meet the expectations of professionals in the region. Applications are open until September.
Recognized by the CTI for more than 60 years, the ESEO Dijon engineering diploma awarded after three years, trains generalist and versatile engineers, capable of understanding new technologies, from computing to electronics. Thanks to apprenticeship, this training financed by the company and accessible from a validated scientific or technical bac+2, will act as a boost for the careers of students while projecting them to the heart of innovative projects of companies.
Students’ timetable will be divided equally at ESEO (50%) and in business (50%). They will benefit from a privileged relationship with mentors and industrial experts. They will also be able to follow the “computer science and information system” option available on campus.

Dijon training courses that meet the challenges of digital transformation
Faced with technological changes and current societal challenges, ESEO Dijon offers specializations in key areas such as health and ecological transition.
Health for all: The e-health option, available on the Dijon campus, trains engineers capable of developing innovative solutions to improve access to health care ESEO Dijon opens up to distance learning and treatment medical data. This training responds to a growing need in an increasingly connected society where digital health is becoming a major issue.
Ecological transition: The Smart City option, also offered in Dijon, trains engineers specializing in the development of smart and sustainable cities. These engineers will be required to design solutions to optimize energy management, analyze urban data, improve transport flows and respond to the new uses of city dwellers.
With these specializations, the establishment positions itself as a major player in the engineering training to meet current challenges and prepare students for challenges of tomorrow.
ESEO Dijon: a “smart campus” adapted to new lifestyles

Inaugurated in 2022 and shared with ESTP, the Dijon campus is the latest addition to ESEO. With an area of 10,000 m2 of which 500 m2 are dedicated to community life, it brings together connected infrastructures, large living spaces, coworking rooms and cutting-edge laboratories. These spaces were designed to promote project-based educational practices supported by ESEO. This campus is described as exemplary in terms of energy consumption, strictly in line with its host city Dijon, the first Smart-City in France.
